American Equipment Company Demonstrating for 12th & Maple Wine Company
American Equipment Company was demonstrating its equipment at 12th & Maple Wine Company in Dundee, OR on April 6, 2012. 12th & Maple Wine Company has the largest wine-bottling machine in Oregon! They always sanitize the bottling machine in the morning before they start bottling. The machine has 24 filling spouts, and the goal was to show that our Optima model 27kW Steam Generator could sanitize the bottling line faster and at a higher temperature than normally expected!
