I just wanted to send a note and say how much I appreciate the
exceptional service that Bill gave me. I recently bought a used Karcher
pressure washer that wasn’t working properly. I spoke with Bill on the
phone about replacing the spill valve, then drove to
your business to purchase a new one. Bill took the time to talk to me
about how to properly install the valve and sent me on my way with the
new part and a sample of grease.
I went home and installed the
spill valve, and the pressure washer started working just great, but
then shortly thereafter it proceeded to put out intermittent pressure. I
called late in the day to speak to Bill and get his thoughts on what
might be happening. He patiently walked me through the procedure to
check a another valve that was very likely the problem, then educated me
on the nozzle tips, as they sometimes can also cause problems.
I pulled the other valve out that Bill suggested and cleaned it,
re-installed it, and fired up the pressure washer. It runs great now!
This kind of service seems to be hard to find anymore. I find it rare
for a business to go out of their way to help a customer any more. Your
business gets an A rating from me, and I will most definitely use your
business should I ever needs repairs, along with referring your business
to anyone that ever needs service.
